** Basic**
basic are skill needful by getting the knowledge of anything.
Security
Security means safeguard and protection.it's an act of securing something that is very important .if an object is not well secured it can be stolen.
Steem
Steem is a currency found in steemit.it is also a crypto currency where it is been invested at the time of low price.
So in steemit basic security steem is the way user in steemit know how to protect their currency.
These are the guideline in which new beginner must follow un other to secure their currency known as steem
Question1 Have you retrieve all your keys on steemit.
Answer Yes,I have retrieved all my keys .i download it in my phone in form of PDF .i also make sure that those keys need to be well secured especially the master password and owner key.
Question2 Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?
Answer yes i do
Masterpassword: Is used to derive all keys for your account including the owner key .if someone has access to the master password they can steal it.
Posting key: posting allows accounts to posts,edit,vote,resteem and follow or mute other account.
Active key: active key is meant for more sensitive tasks such as transferring funds,power up/down transaction,converting steem dollars, voting for witnesses,updating profile details and placing a market order.
Owner key: owner key is only meant for use when necessary.it is the most powerful key because it can change any key of an account including the owner key it is used to recover a compromised account.
Memo key: this key is used for encrypting and decrypting memos when transferring fund.
Question3 How do you plan to keep your master password?
Answer it is very important that i save my master password somewhere safe where it will not be stolen.
It is highly reccomended that i store an offline copy of my password somewhere safe in case of a hard drive failure or other calamities.

;Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?
Answer this is done by getting to your wallet and imputing posting key then go to the steem section and click the popdown menu.
Select the transfer option and input the necessary details which is the name of the username to which the token is transferred and the amount to transfer select next and click OK .to check the transfer history go to the history search in the wallet

Question5 Do you know how to power up your STEEM?
Answer yes to power up steem means that you determine an effective voting from you and the converted currency is called steem power SP.
You can also take the following step taken when transferring.you click the pop down arrow in the steem section and select power down option .input the necessary details and click power up

Thanks to @cryptokannam for her guideline it really helped me a lot and am satisfied with it .i have complete my level 2 and i will be waiting for it to be verified
