Ace Cash Express - Fraudulent Loan for $400 Taken Out

Hi!This is the only way that I feel that I will get justice, I am posting here.

I have tried to contact you want, but you stopped talking to me after I told you that in loan that I have recorded as being taken out under our name was one that I did not take out. Immediately, people tell me they could not talk to me anymore ; my only avenue of communication with you now has to be email ...and nobody has responded through email. I have not heard anything back from anyone. If you check your phone records for my phone number which I will gladly give you, you will see that a month ago, that fraudulent activity when I got a notification that someone was trying to take out in loan in my name but that it did not go through.
Your representative told me that there was a glitch in the system and to ignore it. Seven days later, unbeknownst to me, the person must've tried it again and succeeded in taking out a $400 loan on May 5. Then, to add insult to injury, an installment is taken out of my account. This person did not know my pay dates and could not set up a payday loan, so they put in an installment loan.
I only found out about it today. I did not get a notification that a loan had even been out. Also, the loan was not direct to posited into my account, which means then someone had to go into the branch to get the money. Therefore, you organization is liable because you gave money under my name to someone who not have a valid ID for me.
I I am lead to believe that it is an inside job with some of your employees giving money to people or simply stealing it themselves. If I do not hear from you soon, I have no qualms about publicizing this over Facebook and calling my local media to make sure that this is investigating. How many other people have you've done this to? I want my money back And I don't want any more taken out.
I have also filed a police report already. I also do not have a problem posting this every day all day on this page until something is done. Since you cannot talk to me respectfully and communicate, this is the only way that I know to get your attention and get this matter resolved. ***I have also contacted three of the Board of Directors via phone.
I am posting a screenshot of their names. To get them, you have to call the Corporate Office ( Phone: 972.550.5000) and ask for them in the By Name directory.
I will be forwarding this same list to local media watchdogs and maybe even starting a FB page for people who have had similar experiences.Maybe we can file a class action suit.
