pertama tama rajang ikannya sesuai selera masing masing..
setelah ikannya di bersihkan sesuai selera lalu kita siapkan bahan dapurnya:
_ bawang merah
_ bawang putih
_ tomat
_serai
_daun jeruk
_ jahe
_ cabe hijau
_ cabe rawit
lalu bahan yang ada siap untuk di rajang
tahap selanjutnya siapkan wajan untuk memulai masak
Masakan siap untuk di sajikan.
