Should partners kiss, fondle, smooch but not have sex?

I simply retorted.

It can't just stop at kissing. It's like a burning bush, it grows and exacerbates! From a casual kiss, it leaps to touching the breasts, soon it vacillates to fondling. Your appetite for each other's body increases. Thoughts of naked scenes garnered from movies, pictures and environment reverberates and finally, sex becomes inevitable!

Sex doesn't start with instant intercourse, it starts from a kiss. A casual kiss for that matter!!
Fornication starts with a fun!!!
