Plant Will Grow in Space!!!!!!

China has come a tangible step toward growing plants in space. In the special containers designed, the space plant will be grown. First flowers, potatoes and silk beetle will be grown on the moon.

Why is it important to grow plants in space?
A study conducted by Chongqing University will raise potatoes and Arabidopsis seeds in the moon. For this, the seeds will be placed in a cylindrical container made of a special aluminum alloy. With 18 cm in length, 16 cm in diameter, 0.8 liters net volume and 3 kilograms in weight, this vessel will serve as a breeding ground for plants. Inside the container is a mixture of water, air and a special food, as well as a camera and a data transmission system.

If everything goes as planned, the seeds will be planted, grown and planted, and the whole process will be watched on the camera. Potatoes and Arabidopsis have already been raised in the International Space Station and Tiangong-2 space lab, but it will be much harder to raise on the Moon.

In this aquaculture to be done on the lunar surface, especially the temperature must be acceptable. In this prototype work, we will explore how the conditions needed to grow plants on the moon should be. The bases will be laid for space agriculture, which will need colonization in the space age.
