The meaning of life in Islamic Perspective

Some people view life is about eating, drinking, sleeping, working and adventuring. and of course some terms such as "Life is adventure", "no work no life", and "life to eat or eat to life" are appears. These terms show the variety of speculation about life. Islam comes to uniform these perspectives specifically to the Muslim about the nature of life.
Islam has Al-Qur'an and Hadits as the way of life. Qur'an and Hadits teach and guide the Muslim how to life in the straight path to reach God's pleasure.
In the Al-Qur'an, Surah Az-zariyat (56) God clearly states that "I have not created mankind and jinn except to worship Me". This surely indicate that Worshipping God is the main reason that why mankind and even Jinn are created and exist in this world. In other surah, Al-Ghafir:11, God forcefully states "They will say: “Our Lord! You have made us to die twice and You have given us life twice! Now we confess to our sins, then is there any way to get out [of Hell]?”. It's briefly indicate the mankind life in this world is to plant something to be harvested in the day of judgment (the day after).
In Hadits, the prophet as the messenger of God says "Behold, that the life of this world is but a play and a degradation, of jewelry and glory among you, and proud of the wealth and of the children, as the rains of the crops of the peasants; then the plant becomes dry and you see the yellow color then become destroyed. And in the Hereafter (later) there is a hard punishment and forgiveness from Allah and His pleasure. And the life of this world is nothing but deceitful pleasure. "(Surah Al Hadid: 20)

Imam Al-Ghozali as a Muslim scholar said something about life. According to him, the world is like a very large ship that was on a voyage to a country, but before the country could be achieved it was a ship
run out of fuel so that it needs to seal to a small island in order to take the necessary supplies.
So before the passengers are warned by the ship's captain not to walk too far to leave the dock because later can be left behind, and do not bring too many supplies, because later will burden and narrow the seat or deck of the ship.
Crowded the passengers down, they are divided into three groups, the first group are those who hear the words so that they do not go too far, and take enough supplies so they quickly get back into the boat and sit back and forth.
While the second group are those who are not too far walk, but they are lulled with fruit-
the fruits that are on the small island are very sweet taste, and they admire the rocks there so they are interested also to take it home then with great difficulty they returned to the ship with a stomach kekeyangan so difficult for them and they sit squeezed luggage so they feel not comfortable, but the journey is still quite far away.
The third group is the group walking far away from the island, they really enjoy the island, they eat the fruits, they transport the beautiful stones, they feel comfortable there so they forget being awaited by nakoda and other passengers on the ship. Because so enjoy them fall asleep under the leafy trees that they think are heaven, so when the captain calls out to return they do not hear the call, but the ship must leave immediately because if the night of the island will be very dangerous, there are many wild animals.
Finally the ship departed, and the third group was left with the misery preyed by wild animals.
That's how we are, we should make this world a temporary haven, just collecting enough supplies to go home on the real purpose of the hereafter.
The second group is the man who claims to believe in God, but can not leave the pleasure of the world and its contents, thus causing them worshiping the only gods, just to take responsibility, to the glory of their worshiping world like a god, then they will feel heavy.
And the third is a group totally deceived by the world and lust, so that they are perverted and can not come back, his heart is closed, his eyes are blind, his reason
poisoned the world ...
