polygamy is allowed or not
hello steemit
in islam religion is there are disputes in religion, everything has been regulated in the religion of Islam, from the problem of life itself, fasting, divorce, polygamy.
and now we will discussed about poligamy is allowed or contrary, but in Islam it is better for men to marry only one woman, because fear of men can not do justice, because in fair Islam is very obliged for every leader like head of state, area, even to head of household.
polygamy has few of requirement such as :
1.Ustadz Abu Isma'il Muslim al Atsari said :
Allah Almighty who created man, so He is also the most aware mashlahat (the case that brings to the good) for humans, than the man himself. He is Knowing, All-Wise, and Compassionate to His servants. Allah says:
ألا يعلم من خلق وهو اللطيف الخبير
"Did the Creator of God know not (which ye did conceive or conceal); and He is the Sublime, the Knower? "[Al Mulk / 67: 14]
Thus the whole Shari'ah of Allah, all are mashlahat, pure mashlahat that there is no evil, or mashlahat rajihah (the stronger) against the ugliness. Included in this case, the polygamy that has been justified by God in His holy book, justified by His glorious Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, and agreed by Muslims.
2. Ability to Conduct Polygamy.
Islam is an easy religion. In Islam, a person is not allowed to incriminate himself. Similarly, in terms of polygamy. Thus, a man who is polygamous, is required to have the ability to not trouble others. The intended abilities, including the provision of a living and the honor of his wives.
- Ability to Provide for Life.
When a man marries, he endures various duties to his wife and child. Among them is a living. Thus a man who does polygamy, then the obligation is increased with the cause of his wife increases.
In language, the meaning of a livelihood is a treasure or something that is invested (spent) by someone. As for the term, the livelihood is, what is required of the husband for his wife and his children, in the form of food, clothing, shelter, care, and such. [8]
The maintenance of this wife is obligatory under the Scriptures, as-Sunnah, and Ijma '.
The propositions of the Book, among them can be mentioned:
وعلى المولود له رزقهن وكسوتهن بالمعروف
"And the duty of the father to feed and clothe the mothers in a sincere manner." [Al Baqarah / 2: 233]
