A. At 311400 MEI 2018, there has been an accident member of Yonif Raider 113 / JS An. M. Akbar Harahap driving a 2-wheel vehicle type Honda Vario white Nopol BK 2329 PAV with minibus type Toyota Rush type Silver Nopol B 1782 CV and Tronton type Tronton Car Brown Nopol BL 8985 NH which is located on Jl. Medan-Banda Aceh Gp. Pulo Kec. Syamtalira Aron Kab. North Aceh.

B. The data of casualty victims are as follows:

1. Riders sepmor
   a. An. Sertu M. Akbar Harahap member Yonif Raider 113 / JS (suffered a broken left foot and bruised head)
   b. An. Astika, 22 years old, entrepreneur, address Stabat Sumut (minor injuries)
2. Toyota Rush Car Driver
   a. An. Suriyanto, 45 years old, entrepreneur, address Block 5 Kec. Cot Girek Kab. North Aceh (MD)
   b. An. Emi Sunarti, 42 years old, IRT, address Block 5 Kec. Cot Girek Kab. North Aceh (minor injuries)
   c. An. Nadimah, 35 years old, IRT, address Gp. Babusalam Kec. Baktya Kab. North Aceh (minor injuries)
   d. An. Hafip, 3 years, toddler, address Block 5 Kec. Cot Girek Kab. North Aceh (broken right foot)
3. Traffic Traffic Car driver
   a. An. Anwar, 45 years old, driver, address Gp. Dayah Kec. Matang Gelumpang 2 Kab. Bireuen (minor injuries)
   b. An. Zainul Patar, 25 years old, Kernet, address Gp. Blangtupat Kec. Muara Satu Kab. North Aceh (minor injuries)
   C. Chronological events as follows:
4. Previous one Unit of Toyota Rush passenger cars drove from the direction of Banda Aceh towards the field with high speed followed by rider Honda Vario which is driven by members of Yonif Raider 113 / JS in the same direction.
5. Arriving at the scene of Gp. Pulo passenger car type Toyota Rush (?) arriving from the opposite direction there is a high-speed Tronton Truck car so the two cars can not be controlled and there was a collision and Sepmor behind the Toyota Rush driven by a member of Yonif Raider 113 / JS crashed into the back of the car.
   C. In such event for loss of life and material loss as follows:
6. 1 (one) person MD an. Suryanto
7. Members of Yonif Raider 113 / JS an. Sertu M. Akbar Harahap suffered a broken leg and bruises on his head.
8. 6 (six) people suffered minor injuries
9. Material loss in estimating LK Rp. 60,000,000.

1. In the event member Yonif Raider 113 / JS an. Sertu M. Akbar Harahap and Sdri. AStati aims to attend marriage to Mako Brigif 25 / Siwah by using Sepmor type Honda Vario Nopol BK 2329 PAV and after the incident of direct victim in evacuation to Kesrem Lhoksuemawe Hospital by car ambulance Puskesmas Tanah Pasir accompanied by member of Koramil 11 / Syamtalira Aron an . Sertu UJ Pasaribu
2. For victims of toyota cars Rush has been evacuated to RS Cut Mutia Lhoksuemawe by car ambulance Puskesmas Syamtalira Aron.
3. Currently the incident has been handled by the Satlantas Polres Aceh Utara.
