An Open Secret About The Oscars

So, some overpaid precious little virtue signallers won an award and were wildly acclaimed by a bunch of largely talentless overpaid, not too bright industry insiders who shagged their way to the top and back again.

Hooray for them, but I really don’t give two shits.

To paraphrase another talentless overpaid individual – “What difference at this point does it make?”

Hollywood has long since dropped all pretence of being anything but corporate and deep state propaganda and their “night of nights” has all the merit of a backcountry horse race run by colourful identities with Sicilian connections.

The Oscars and the glitz and glamour, overhyped red carpet promenade of plastic people has always struck me as a circle jerk on steroids. The awards have no redeeming features - none whatsoever. Its last vestiges of decency and authenticity were shredded last year when the shameless propaganda piece The White Helmets was awarded an Oscar for the best documentary film.

Of course, I shouldn’t be surprised. This very establishment lauds child rapist Roman Polanski as a genius and sweeps all sorts of impropriety under the rug while feigning mock indignation at ordinary people’s refusal to toe the politically correct line.

When the scandals become too big to ignore (Weinstein) cynical moves are made to exploit the situation and virtue signal how courageous this myopic group of self-absorbed morally bankrupt individuals pretends to be.

Bigger scandals lurk beneath the surface. Documentaries like an Open Secret detail the truth about Hollywood and the depravity and criminality festering within it.

Curiously, Hollywood ignores the power of such a movie, as it ignores the repeated claims of Corey Feldman about the rampant Paedophilia that he was subjected to.

Hollywood is a cesspit, long past its glory days wallowing in its own excrement. It no longer makes great films. It rehashes the same stories and puts shiny new clothes on them while stuffing the film with subliminal programming about how we should think.

The CIA is our friend.

Russia is the enemy.

White people are privileged.

Heterosexuals are bigots.

Buy more stuff.

Spirituality is dead.

Just like product placement in the movies of the sixties and seventies, the messages are planted subliminally waiting to be absorbed by the sleeping masses. This is what the Oscars celebrate – misinformation and brainwashing. It’s a sordid shit show of fakery.

I want nothing to do with them until Hollywood falls.
