Yep. The author clearly doesn't understand the basic format of Steemit - that his disclaimer on the first post doesn't mean diddly unless he's including the link in every post thereafter. It also doesn't justify using tags that are meant to be original work only, etc.
It's somewhat comical to me that people think they can do whatever they want. Well, they can, but they forgot the part about consequences.
