Putting together all the info here, it seems to me like a good place to seek the identity of the party trying to get @tamim flagged by @dan would be in those @tamim has flagged or downvoted.

Clearly whoever it is does not have necessary SP to themselves tackle @tamim, so they are trying to recruit big boots to stomp on them.

I am pretty sure that without good and strong reasons, @dan isn't going to start another stomping service. There seems to be no reason given in the memo of the transfer you posted, and I know I sure would take no action based on such a request.

Not that I'm trying to get in the middle of it. Honestly, I just saw that you have some association with @baah, who I have enjoyed discussing things with regularly.
