The greatest thing you can do for Steem
This will take you one second.
Anyone who finds users uploading or linking to pornography or images involving anyone under 18, posting anything sexual in that regard, or doing anything at all that even remotely alludes to children in those ways is expected to report it.
This isn't common by all means but it does happen. Just yesterday @jaguarista discovered one such account and we are all grateful to them for that.
This isn't reward disagreement, free speech or any of that crap. This is something that has no place on the Steem blockchain.
You are to report it even if:
- the post is being upvoted by whales
- you think a whale may find out and flag you
- the user has a delegation
- the user knows you
- you think anyone will flag you
- you believe in freedom of anything
- you are not directly affected
- you don't find it offensive
- you don't care
- its in another language
- you don't think anyone will care
- you hate anti-abuse projects
- its not your kids
It only takes a moment of your time.
It is a shame that a post such as this should even need to be made. There are some bad actors on this platform, but such behavior as posting child pornography is despicable and not only worthy of censure by the Steem Community, but the author's and consumers' of this vile type of content reward should be nothing short of a slow and painful death. Pedophiles and producers of pornography are in the same vein as rapists and murderers. They take from the innocent and murder their psyche.
I pray that I never find such a post. If I do, I will do everything in my power, regardless of the consequences, to not only flag such filth... but to ensure that the person responsible is reported to authorities for peddling such trash and that they receive the full measure of punishment that the law will permit.
Any person that would do such a thing is psychotic, evil, and the worst of criminals. May they be cursed by every Divine Being for eternity.

I will be happy to disagree here. There is absolutely no value in reporting this, or any, content to Steem abuse platforms. They can do nothing to remove this, or any, content from the Steem chain. If you are going to appeal to any nanny you should contact Steemit Inc / Steempeak / insert favorite condenser here to ensure they remove it from displaying on their site.

That's exactly what we're doing. Can't do much about the chain but can do everything about the frontends. The anti-abuse projects are only here to collect the information.
