By we I kind of meant our governments. lol Probably about 90% or more people on the planet do not realize they are eating plastic with every meal and how bad the problem is.
and ME meant mother earth. yes many do realize they just do not care, and i see the cry for too many plastics throughout steemit, especially from the nigeria and kenya groups.
most of the cities and states i live in recycle, so fabrics, tissue, other bottles, paper are made into other forms of uses.

well UN is about to go down so think of another way and also why is it up to the USA to always attempt to do it all? how about every country including the poverty stricken ones? lets not get into how i really feel ... its not only the USA and the UN doing the dumping. every country has had their share in that catastrophe. how about everyone take responsibility for their own actions.

I think the USA and UN should make an attempt to clean the ocean and try and punish the people who dump in the ocean.
