HI, good morning all of you myself k.anitha
today my blog is about humanity,religions and culture in INDIA,and i would like to write about how Christianity mostly came to India.now firstly population in India according to 2011 census 79.8% of the population India practice Hinduism,Islam,Christianity,Sikhism,Buddhism, and Jainism are the other major religions followed by the people of India but fastest growing religion in India was Islam the fastest growth rate of Muslims ha been consistently higher than the growth of Hindus, even since the census date of independence India has been available ( august 15 1947).as of 1 January 2017 the population of India was estimated to be 1,353,041,094 people.this is an increase of 1.26%.There are 22 major languages in India written in 13 different scripts with over 720 dialects.The official Indian languages are HINDI (with approximately 420 million speakers) and ENGLISH is also widely spoken,74.04% Indian literacy rate.KERALA has achieved a literacy rate of 93.9% high,BIHAR is the least literacy state in India with a 63.82% .In INDIA major banking done with popular ICIC BABK,AXIX BANK, KOTAK BANK and STATE BANK.our nation game is HOCKEY but more than that CRICKET is very popular and mostly played in INDIA. our nation flower is LOTUS, nation animal is TIGER , nation bird is PEACOCK. nation fruit is MANGO,nation tree BANYAN TREE ,national song VANDE MATARAM,and I AM proud to be an INDIAN

This is the earliest known record of Martyrdom st.Thomas came to India form cana ,who brought Christianity to KERALA ,they came from IRAQ in the 9th century.and by 15th century with European power India Christianity missionaries arrived
