Kerry Baldwin returns to the show to discuss her recent Soho Forum debate with Dr Walter Block. The resolution was,

"While a pregnant woman should be legally required to help the fetus survive outside of her body whenever that is possible, she should retain the legal right to evict the fetus at any time during her pregnancy." Kerry took the negative position and fleshes out some of the arguments she used to counter Block's "Eviction" theory.

Walter won by a 1.5 point margin in an Oxford Style voting format.
