Introduction of Korean Variety Show - Running Man
Hi Everyone,
I have mentioned before that I used to watch a lot of Korean variety shows so I will be focusing on many of them as well as Asian films and anime. So let's start of with my all time favourite Running Man~! I'm sure many of you would of known this show and it is currently still running after 9 years since it started in 2010.
The show started off with members Yoo Jae-suk, Haha, Ji Suk-jin, Kim Jong-kook, Lee Kwang-soo, Song Ji-hyo (she joined after the first few episode), Lizzy, Song Joong-ki & Gary
Then after many years, the members are as follows Yoo Jae-suk, Haha, Ji Suk-jin, Kim Jong-kook, Lee Kwang-soo, Song Ji-hyo, Jeon So-min & Yang Se-chan (the cast in the feature picture).
What I love about the show is the games they play each time would be different, the guests they bring in are always the most popular at that time and most importantly, everyone just enjoys their time on TV. Although Yoo Jae-suk is one of Korea's most famous faces, he would still forget about that title and just participate 100% without any hesitation.
The reason why it is called running man of course it involves running. Each member has a name tag behind them and at the end of the day, the last person standing with their tag on would be the winner. Each episode will leave their viewers at the end of their seat as the edition is always done well and makes it so exciting. The cast is really funny and makes extra effort to win. There are also episodes where they would go overseas to make things more interesting.
In the coming weeks, I will be reviewing the episodes with my favourite guests, overseas adventures and the more memorable episodes.

i loved the first few episodes from this show! best one was the jumping one for photos and Gary's peaceful face was hilarious!
omg yes sooooo hilarious!! the ones in the beginning are classics
Is the show still good to catch up again? I stopped watching after Gary left.
with the two new hosts i think its pretty good. I haven't been watching religiously like before cos no time but the new guy is pretty funny
