The movie that I am going to review in this post is based on the true story. Akshay Kumar is the lead actor in the film. This is a historical film in the Hindi language and in film, businessmen tried to save Indians.

Story-

This is a story of the year 1990. Ranjit Katyal is a successful businessman in Kuwait who has a good connection with government officials there. He lives there with his wife and a daughter and he is happy to be a Kuwait citizen and not Indian.

One night after the party he got a call from one of his friends and understand that negotiation between two countries Iraq and Kuwait is canceled which has created problems for the foreigners in the country. Iran has huge debt to Kuwait and after the war between Iraq and Iran. Ranjit decided to help Indians in the country as Kuwait is over-run by the army of Iraq. He goes to the Indian embassy and got to know that about 170000 Indians are stuck there like refuses. He tries to connect with the Indian external affairs ministry office in New Delhi and wants to speak with the joint secretary. He requests the chief to make some arrangement to save Indians from the country e so that they can go back to India.

Ranjit tries all possible ways to get help from the Indian government in this matter and finally, Govt agrees to save 170,000 Indians ki Kuwait. Sanjiv Kohli who is Joint Secretary of External ministry likes the helping approach of Ranjit. He also asks Air India which is National Airline in India to help in this mission. Air India along with the support of Ranjit and Indian govt did the evacuation of the 170,000 Indians in Kuwait. This is a biggest mission but together they did and saved Indian's life.

Music is average in the film however one song with the title "Dil Cheez Tujhe Dedi" is quite nice and this is the only song that I remember. Songs are sung by Ankit Tiwari and Amaal Malik.

This film is written and directed by Raja Krishna Menon and in writing the story Suresh Nair along with Rahul Nangia assisted him.

This movie cost is INR 30 crore approx and total box office collection was over 250 crore India Rupees which is huge. This is a blockbuster movie in terms of collection.

I like the film and its story and it made me feel proud of Air India.
