James Fetzer – The Raw Deal

 James Fetzer, joined the program for another insightful interview. Jim Fetzer, a former Marine Corps officer, has published widely on the theoretical foundations of scientific knowledge, computer science, artificial intelligence, cognitive science, and evolution and mentality. A magna cum laude graduate of Princeton who majored in philosophy, he earned his Ph.D. in the history and philosophy of science. He has received many awards and forms of recognition for his teaching and scholarship. McKnight Professor Emeritus at the University of Minnesota Duluth, he has also conducted extensive research into the assassination of JFK, the events of 9/11, and the plane crash that killed US Sen. Paul Wellstone. The founder of Scholars for 9/11 Truth.

 Jim Begins by taking us through his extensive background, and his restless efforts to decipher truth from fiction. The JFK assassination is still an important piece of the puzzle. In April 1967, the CIA wrote a dispatch which coined the term “conspiracy theories” … and recommended methods for discrediting such theories. The dispatch was marked “psych” – short for “psychological operations” or disinformation – and “CS” for the CIA’s “Clandestine Services” unit. One Piece of the Dispatch States “This trend of opinion is a matter of concern to the U.S. government, including our organization.” Tthe “official account” that JFK was killed by three shots fired by Lee Harvey Oswald from the 6th floor window of the Texas School Book Depository. But did you know that he was in the doorway watching the motorcade as it passed by, which means that he not only cannot have been “the lone gunman” but can’t have even been one of the multiple shooters.
