Name the life process of course we cannot avoid that will feel a lot of things. The taste of the heart will continue to change according to the conditions existing in front of the eyes.

Can not be denied if the past is an important part so that it can be so hard to forget especially if it is very painful. Difficult circumstances when the heart gets hurt then it is difficult to forget all the bad events in life's journey.
Many causes the emergence of the bad things in the past eg heart broken, let down, hurt, feel deceived even in matters of the economy such as being cheated in business. Too sick, if not immediately abolished a cause of the disease this will destroy the future.
The past is indeed an important part and can not be eliminated but should still be passed. So, for the good of the next step you should do the following tips so that the past can be controlled.

1. Accept The Past

Of course it's not easy but it can be so bright future.

2. Forgive

Try giving sorry for the mistakes but it is not impossible if sorry benefit that.

3. Occupy Yourself with Things that are Beneficial

When the liver is sick, feels upset, sad, disappointed like worse then look for beneficial activities such as cooking, baking, talking with friends, playing with the family so that the mind is not chaotic, sports and a variety of activities so that the mind and the heart is not empty.

From now try to think good so that bad things immediately missed because positive thinking helps make the heart happy. It's not easy but just do it every day suggestion yourself with the sentence. For example : I FORGIVE, I am HAPPY, I am CALM and so on.

5. Open A New Sheet

Instead of a sense of disappointment then decide to open a new chapter in order to make life more colorful and full of joy. Lamenting the Past is not the solution even more adds to the heartache. Try looking for a new environment, new friends that are positive so that the life re-energized

6. Think of the Future or Thinking about The Future

All has passed will not come back so think if you want to continue to be derailed. The mind then pain is felt. Therefore it is better to think of the future and act in order not to lose time. Vain continued to think about because it will not be returned as first.
The key to the success of a writing is the practice then just do this step so that the past is not the obstacle as a stumbling block in the future. The past should be able to make peace with ourselves so that the future is bright instead is getting worse.
