Watermelon Fast - 50% rewards for Uganda
On some weekends I fast to give the body the opportunity to purify itself of toxins, and at the same time I dedicate myself to meditation. I usually drink a small amount of medicinal plant infusion early in the morning.
By not having anything heavy in the stomach, the body is activated only with the medicinal properties of the plants, the liver, pancreas and kidneys work, to keep my mind busy I dedicate myself to meditating and maintaining a state between wakefulness and sleep.
The end of the morning arrives and I am busy with some spiritual research, my body is sensitive and my senses are becoming more and more acute.
When the afternoon begins to end, one of my brothers returns from the street with some pieces of watermelon in his hands to offer me, it was time to end the voluntary fast, the properties of the watermelon with its striking red color smiled at me. I felt comfortable eating the watermelon, I was a little thirsty and my stomach was empty, eating an exotic and refreshing fruit under fasting conditions is quite gratifying.
All photographs, images and designs that appear on my blog belong to me, they were taken with my cell phone camera, screenshots and design software, I am contributing 60% of the profits to social works (10% @wox-helpfund and 50% @elkezaksek).
