Tonight’s tea - not the most summery but certainly a tasty traditional English meal.
The pictured gigantic, homemade Yorkshire pudding is eggs, plain flour and milk. Once baked in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes, you pour the home made onion gravy and a selection of healthy vegetables.
Does this look like a vegan or vegetarian dish to you? Well, it might but it’s not☝️. Not unless you use meat free sausages. So here they are: Lincolnshire outdoor bred pork sausages cosy under all this veg, swimming in rich onion gravy and surrounding by the soft fluffy Yorkshire pudding.
