Egyptian Scarab
Scarab is an insect with an almost round, smooth black shell, the older ones become shiny in color.
They spend almost their entire lives underground, going to the surface mostly at night.
Roll the balls out of the extracts into which they lay the eggs and roll the mat in a hole in the ground, after 29 days they dig it out and the young are here.
Scarabs orient themselves by the stars, which is not typical of other beetles.
Modern Egyptian people still worship as a deity the scarab beetle and as a symbol of wealth and happiness.

It's always wonderful to learn something new and in a simple way as in this post. You captured well this handsome beetle, really nice color. And I'm impressed to know that he is still a deity between Egiptians!!
