Going back to reality 🫠
going into my basic routine after holiday is very hard specially because the thing that is happening in my country and that is literally a lot of things. All universities are still not working and maintaining my studying is really hard to get because not having a time goal and that is the time of the exam that we just don’t have because nothing is working but I am trying to maintain everything and be productive when I am three months post quitting my job for getting my degree
So I did get my gym done. I did work my hamstring and I did good because I feel sore now and that is a good sore.
I did get my coffee and lemonade with honey. Yes, we did buy natural honey on the mountain and me drinking with a lemon is a good healthy way to start a day of course with my daily dose of coffee that I must have.
So for the breakfast, I did have fried eggs sith pepper tomato and some onion. It was so delicious and for our lunch I did have some homemade meat soup with chicken and you can see a picture below. Everything looks good and healthy. I did eat a cookie after and that’s not good but Iam trying to get that balanced things specially when you are out of routine so I’m pretty satisfied.
Next day, I did have a slow morning and afteer rhat I was with Ana outside playing basketball and that is at my last work where my boyfriend works so I did see him. I did to see Ana. She actually got hurt while playing padel. She hurt her shoulder and she always had a problem with shoulder, but today was really painful. She cried because she’s not going to be able to play for a while. I think that’s why she cried not because of the pain as much.
This is a little note for my mom because she was sleeping when I got out so she knows where am I and of course my cat that was so naughty this morning because he was waking me up at 6 AM to get a breakfast and he was literally just throwing everything from a table but of course I did eventually get up and get him a breakfast even though he was pain in the ass
