Where are the birds? Where have they gone from Steemit?
A few years ago, you could meet many birds in the Steemit. There was even a special Community here. But for some reason, all the birds flew away. Of course, I'm talking about photographs, not the birds themselves.
Bird watching is one of my hobbies. I walk around the fields and in the woods in summer with my camera.
In winter, birds fly by themselves to the tree by my window. There are bird feeders there.

In the fall, I specially bought 250 kilograms of sunflower seeds. I hope that this amount of food will last until spring. Every evening, I pour about 500-600 grams of sunflower seeds into the feeders. Why in the evening? The morning for birds begins before sunrise. The early bird eats the most delicious.

My cats also like to watch birds.
I've already been planning to set up a workplace on the second floor several times, but then I won't be able to watch the birds from there. I always have a camera handy, because sometimes rare birds come to the feeders and I need to take pictures of them.
Of course, it happens that these rare birds become regular visitors in the future. For example, in previous years, a woodpecker sometimes flew to the feeder. There were rare cases of this. This year, he was at the feeder every day, sometimes before dark. But I haven't seen him for 2 weeks now. For some reason, he stopped coming.
