Bhuli Bhatiyari Ka Mahal

Nothing fuels a ghost story more than a scorned woman who died an untimely death. Bu Ali Bhatti, the original owner of this small palace, after being ignored by the king came to spend her life here. After her death, it is said that her sad spirit still haunts the place waiting for the king.

People avoid visiting this mahal after the dark. Many have claimed to hear footsteps and cries coming from the dark ruins of the structure. The atmosphere of the place is such that even the flapping birds and buzzing night insects sound sinister. This is definitely amongst the scariest haunted places in Delhi.
