我家孩子上四年级后，班上换了语文和数学老师。这两位老师都特别负责，尤其是班主任语文老师，事事都为孩子考虑，让我打心底里感激。

说起孩子的英语学习，真是让人头疼。从一年级到三年级，英语老师一直不负责。班上家长两次联合实名举报，都没能把他换掉。家委告诉我们，这个英语老师后台很硬，想换几乎不可能。

上学期，是新班主任带孩子们度过的第一个学期。

这个学期，我在手机作业软件上发现，最近英语作业的打卡频率变多了，老师对孩子的关注明显提高。一开始，我还以为英语老师转性了。仔细一看才发现，英语作业、任务和学习方法，竟然都是班主任语文老师发布的。

原来，我们班英语成绩在年级里实在不理想。班主任为了提高孩子们的学习成绩，真是用心良苦。前两个星期，儿子回家跟我说，班主任不仅教语文尽心尽力，还积极和各科老师沟通，全面了解每个孩子的学习情况。

在班会课上，班主任还教孩子们在科学这门学科里怎么做课堂笔记，怎么梳理知识点。不愧是市里评出的百强班主任，教学风格和负责程度，和一般班主任相比，真的有很大差距，这一点让我深受触动。

班主任对待学生一视同仁，并不会因为成绩好就偏袒某个孩子。就算是成绩差的学生，她也能发现他们身上的闪光点，给予鼓励和支持。

我真的为孩子能有这样一位负责的班主任感到欣慰。今天把这些事情梳理一遍，心里的感动愈发深刻，也为孩子能在这样的老师教导下成长感到开心。

Last semester was the first semester that the new head teacher spent with the children.

This semester, I found on the mobile phone homework app that the frequency of English homework check-ins has increased recently, and the teacher's attention to the children has significantly improved. At first, I thought the English teacher had changed his ways. But after taking a closer look, I found that the English homework, tasks, and learning methods were all issued by the Chinese teacher, who is also the head teacher.

It turns out that our class's English performance is really not ideal in the whole grade. The head teacher has really gone to great lengths to improve the children's academic performance. Two weeks ago, my son came home and told me that the head teacher not only teaches Chinese with all her heart and effort, but also actively communicates with teachers of all subjects to have a comprehensive understanding of each child's learning situation.

In the class meeting, the head teacher also taught the children how to take class notes and sort out the knowledge points in the subject of Science. No wonder she has been rated as one of the top 100 head teachers in the city. Her teaching style and sense of responsibility are really far beyond those of an average head teacher, and this really touches me deeply.

The head teacher treats all students equally and doesn't show favoritism to any child just because of good grades. Even for students with poor grades, she can find their shining points and give them encouragement and support.

I'm really delighted that my child has such a responsible head teacher. After going through these things today, the touch in my heart becomes even deeper, and I'm also very happy that my child can grow up under the guidance of such a teacher.
