Both utopian.io and Steemit are dapps built on steem blockchain ( like many other dapps e.g Dtube, Dlive, Dmania, Busy, and all other over 300 dapps).

• Steemit is a platform dapp for posting content, and community reward author by upvotes and they benefit from curation.
• Utopian is a similar platform ( similar to open source platform named “GitHub”) for developers, translators, etc. instead of posting content dev. Work on a part of a project and upload it to the utopian platform .. then get paid by others upvoting their work.
