Yes, I really struggled with that too. Feelings of being unworthy and seeing confrontation as being an attack. It took a long time for me to love myself and to see constructive criticism for what it was AND to see violence for what it is too! Many people don't know how to peacefully confront people on their behaviour and I suspect that is why we all have a hard time with it.
