Rendang Daging / Beef rendang

Menu utama hari ini ialah rendang daging.

Today's main menu is a Beef rendang.

Persediaan / Preparation

Semalam selepas balik dari kerja, saya dan besan terus berangkat pulang ke kampung. Ketibaan di malam raya dinantikan seisi keluarga dan suami tercinta.

Yesterday after returning from work, me and sister in law went straight to the village. Arrivals on the Eid night all of the whole family are welcome and beloved husband.

Semestinya nasi himpit disajikan bersama.
Naturally the rice is served together.
