This book title; Model for Champions"Helping your child to secure a great future"

In this book, I have learnt new ways on how to help a child or my child secure more great future.

I believe in children when I see them because every child is a special gift from God. I ensure to place great value on that child and I can not despise the child or engage the child into destructive comparisons.

I take delight in childhood dreams, ambition and I never forget that a lot of people who are successful today are so because, they had parents and teachers that believed in them.

Leadership

A child may believe more in the knowledge of the teacher, but when it comes to values, it all begins at home.
1.Children learn what they live and live what they learn.
2.Parents are advised in this book never to quarrel before their children because their children will learn same.
3.Do not abuse your children or lay curses on them which is very important. Some parents and teachers do that which may affect the child mentally health.
4.Avoid speaking against people in the presence of your children for they are leader of tomorrow.

Financial Support
A good number of parents do well to finance the upkeep of their children. However, some parents tend to do that grudgingly and some even tell their children that it is a waste of fund training them. A parent should avoid such mistakes which this book has open my eyes to see.
1.Let your children know that you are happy to support them financially
2.Prompt payment of tuition fees helps a child to appreciate the value of education and also averts the chances of being embarrassed.
3.Teach the children to be content with the privileges at their disposal, presently. Never develop the habit of constantly borrowing in a bid to support your home. When you have, give and when you don't have, carry them along by explaining to them that for now you don't have but it will come.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities are responsible for making one responsible.
1.Start now to help your children to live up to their responsibilities which is very important for them to know now.
2.Ensure your child is punctual to school.
3.Children should be modest in their dressing.
4.Teach them to greet, respect their elders and seniors.
5.Ensure they do their home link and chores.
6.Never fail to see your child result each term.
7.Ensure you collect your balance from them when you send them on an errand. Teach them to be accountable.

Discipline

No real life achievement can be made without self discipline. Teach your child to be law-abiding. Never speak against the authority in the front of a child.
1.Ensure to censor the kinds of wear they put on and the kind of information they expose themselves to.
2.No knowledge is a waste. However, it is pertinent to observe that certain knowledge has the capacity to waste people's lives.
3.Interrogate them when you see any item in their hand, which you know you did not buy for them.

Patience
I have learnt more ways to be patient with my child. A child is not yet an adult. There are certain threats that are common with children such as playing too much, going back to what they were warned of. Learn to accommodate a child as much as possible, when they act as children. However, when a child does things that are out-rightly evil, a corresponding measure of discipline is recommended. The first line of action is caution and advice. The last resort should be flogging.

Guidance and counseling

In the multiple of counsels, there is safety. Parents are expected to be friends of their children. Never inculcate fear into your children, else they live false life before you.

Watch their association, this is very important, because influence is a great force in character development.

Help them to develop the right attitude towards God and humanity. Educate them about the implications of their decisions but never impose your will on them, especially when it comes to sensitive areas like career choice.

The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.
