Deserted Beach on the island of Dominica (DOM-ih-NEE-kə)

Dominica has so many incredible beaches. Many of them require a 4 wheel drive vehicle to access. Accessing this one in particular requires a few mile drive on an overgrown jungle road. There were at least two stream crossing and one place where you are required to drive across planks spanning a rock crevasse. This island is incredible if you are looking for unsoiled natural beauty and adventure. We blew out two tires within a week while driving through the jungle of Dominica. Make sure your rental has a spare tire.
