RE: Working With Eczema - the Silent Killer
I had eczema as a child, mainly on my hands and maybe arms, but it would sometimes occur on my knees or elbows if I scratched a lot due to stress. I was given steroid cream due to ignorance from my parents part. Usually eczema is due to food intolerances such as gluten, dairy, eggs or seafood. My son had it horrible as an infant. He has a severe dairy intolerance as well as to eggs, wheat, nuts, peanuts, seafood, fish, soy and coconut. A homemade shea lotion helps moisturize his skin. Don't give up on finding a solution and don't trust doctors with Rx. A holistic approach of treating the body is key!
