What is PoB?
Before I proceed, lets look at the full meaning of POB. POB is an acronym, which stands for Proof Of Brain. It's used for the distribution of curation and author rewards on the steem ecosystem.

Because steemit as a platform was basically built in the process whereby members can share ideas with one another and it's a bad behavior whereby a member seems to have this habit of upvoting it's personal blogging which reduces the main aims of steemit and its been seen and noticed that member only focus on their own gain not minding about other users and the admins has made clear to us that any member who self vote their content doesn't help the content which was being written by them for a smooth presentation and reward which makes it. This shows no concern to the community opinion, and it might result in the obstructing of proof of brain.
