Do you remember 4 months ago I posted under the Photos Of Feathered Friends Contest a photo of an adolescent white cock that wanders our subdivision street? It didn't have an owner nor a permanent place to stay in. It just went from one house to another, looking for food and when he found food, would fight all, including dogs and cats, just to make sure I one can take the food away. A street wise cock even for his age then.

Now, he is grown up and you wouldn't believe the transformation.

He even has a mate already. See photo below.

He is now harder to photograph. He quickly runs away whenever I come close to it. I always have my camera ready but he is very quick and very difficult to photo at a closer distance.

Perhaps one day I will surprise him and picture him before he realizes I am near him already. I look forward to that day and surely I will be sharing those photos with you. Meanwhile, these will have to do for the moment.
