i will drop a story about my little boy (2.5y old), when we got him some wooden animals to play with unfortunately the gray elephant fall in one of my pair of shoes. Since i did not notice he always cried when we left home and i thought he is sick or something strange hurts him. Then after almost a week in the middle of the night he came to our sleeping room with one of my shoes and i was half a sleep asking him if he wants out or what is going on. So my boy whispered "Ele papa Ele Ele tscchhh" and finally i found the little gray elephant :-) so long hard way to learn for a child what an elephant is right?
Love this story! I have two children myself and I recognize the challenge to understand them. But they can be so clever ib their own ways!

i will post my comment but i am not gonna write a funny story as i am so lazy in writing. I can even feel the heat in my head. so thought i should pour some cool water on. I have opened my fridge and to my luck I found a bowl full of water and steam(not steem..real steam) coming out of it. I have quickly grab that bowl out and poured it on my head. I started feeling more heat than earlier and more to it, this time, stem coming out from my head...
why i am still feeling hot even after pouring the water took from the fridge.. any guesses...
it was in fact hot water which my wife boiled them for cooking thing which was over heated.. in order to brought it down to required temperature, she kept that bowl in the fridge. which i have mistaken as cold water and poured them on the head. not so hot.but hot enough.

I'm super new but I think I've got a little story.
Yesterday was another day immersed in trying to understand many of the mechanics of steemit. I have a couple of posts up but they really just exist to break the ice for me and see how things move and are upvoted. They haven't done very well in upvotes and I started getting frustrated.
I decided to take a break and went out with my wife to the local watering hole. I came back and jumped on Discord. It was about 3 am and the people in PAL were playing something like 20 questions. I'm good at 20 questions. I ended up having fun and winning 1 SBD. It was my first SBD.
I sent some of it to Bellyrub already.
It was a cool experience to be able to just have fun with the community and actually see a gain. I think that's what this site is really trying to do. It's a hell of an idea. To immerse yourself in a community and actually get back what you put in.
