Reuters and the Ethereum hold a joint Hackathon
Media company Thomson Reuters and community Ethereum announced a joint Hackaton, which begins September 9 and will last three days. The event will take place in London, at Thomson Reuters Building, 30 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf.
The program of events claimed presentation Thomson Reuters (BlockOne SDK & Thomson Reuters Elektron Oracle) and Oraclize (Smart Contracts & APIs), performances by Peter Zhilagi (Ethereum Foundation) on the theme "Breaking Ethereum: the lessons of failed contracts" and Jack Gavigana (Zcash) with a report "Security and privacy blokcheyna: familiarity with Zcash» and, of course, hacking competitions.
The partners are the Hackaton Oraclize, CryptoCompare, Barclays, Imperial College London and other companies.
Remember, this is not the first Hackathon associated with the Ethereum. A few days ago, the team has announced the second annual Hackaton Ethereum for developers. The aim of the contest is to create the potential for the Killer App Ethereum ecosystem. The award winner will receive Hackaton large sum of $ 50 thousand.
