Here's with going to share very sweet and most common and healthy #recipe with you all. That's favorite for all and especially made any special events to celebrate with loved ones .

Health benefit of Suji is miracle for especially kids healthier growing age. Grease is a nutritious grain rich in essential minerals such as protein, fiber, iron, magnesium and vitamin B. It supports digestion and helps you manage your weight by helping you manage your weight by supporting your digestion and providing continuous energy for its complex carbohydrates. Semolina and in which adding nuts also help regulate blood glucose levels and promotes heart health by lowering cholesterol levels. I have already golden brown Suji in Desi ghee and saved in the air right jar for making it hurry at any time. It takes just a minutes to make it. I just boiled the milk and added Suji along with crushed nuts in the boiled milk and stirred continuely until the make thick layer of semolina.

Instead of adding white artificial sugar which is very harmful for the body. It's increase the chances of getting sick or infected body because of using sugar. That's why for the sake of kids and my loving family health concerns, I used fresh and original brown sugar also called in Urdu شکر ، گڑ which have no side effects. And also have good taste. I cooked it for more 5 minutes.

Suji halwa is a favorite of many but your healthy version is really appreciated. Especially the use of brown sugar makes this dessert very healthy.
