Hey everyone ! Alhamdulillah, I am completely fine and I hope you are all well too. Today I am here again to participate in this beautiful contest that has been organized @mvchacin. Today I have made a delicious recipe of potatoes and capsicum which I would like to share with you all. I have mentioned in many of my previous recipes that I make my recipes very simply ingredients. I don't add too many spices because they are not good for health. So let me start my recipe now.

I will be very happy to share my recipe with you step by step.
First I cut the capsicum into thin strips. Then I peeled the onions, chopped them, chopped the tomatoes, chopped the green chillies and then I cut the potatoes into small slices and soaked them in water.
So friends after reciting Bismillah I started my recipe. Then I put the pan on the fire 🔥 and started cooking. In Shimla, I put two cups of oil and fried it well.
After frying the Shimla very well well, I took them out in a beautiful white bowl.
Then after doing that I put the onion into the oil and started frying it well. Then When the onion was fried, I add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Along with that, I added all spices and fried them well.

Then After that when all the spices were fried well, I washed the potatoes thoroughly, added it to the spices and mixed it well. When the potatoes were well fried, I added two cups of water to it so that the potatoes would cook well.
Then I put them on low heat for a while.
As soon as the water dried up, I fried the potatoes well. The potatoes were cooked, so I added the pre-fried capsicum to them, mixed them well, and left them on the stove for another five minutes. There was a very sweet aroma that increased my appetite even more.
My favorite delicious potato capsicum recipe is ready.
