Street food is food sold on the streets or in open spaces, in temporary shops or small stalls in cars. Notable foods of street food are Phuchka, Haleem, Jhalmuri, Belpuri, Singara, Samucha etc. These foods are very popular and traditional in Bangladesh.

✓ From the place you mentioned, what is your favorite street food and what is its value in Steem?

I am a citizen of Bangladesh and live in the capital city of Dhaka. My house is in a place called Jurain in Dhaka city. There are many permanent and temporary street food shops in front of Jurain Bikrampur Plaza Market. I eat many types of spicy food from there. One of them is Haleem. Many delicious foods are prepared in street food shops and the prices of those foods are also low. And especially those foods are produced every day. Haleem food is a very favourite food for me. It is made using beef, chicken, beef thigh, cow goat feet, moong dal, wheat, various spices, etc., which is very thick and smooth.

✓ Do you often eat street food?

Yes, I often eat street food. There are many reasons behind eating street food. Especially those who are middle class often cannot go to big restaurants and eat those foods due to financial reasons. Because those street foods are cheap. On the other hand, one of the reasons is that those foods are very fresh are produced immediately according to demand every day and are served in a healthy environment. I always eat food from the roadside shops near my house. I often see their food being produced with my own eyes. As a result, I do not hesitate to eat all those street foods. In terms of taste, they are just like the food of big restaurants.

✓ What street dish would you like to learn to cook?

Cooking is one of the hobbies of people. People love to make new recipes every day. I also love to cook new recipes along with regular food sometimes. So if I want to learn any cooking from street food, it will be cooking Haleem. First of all, Halim is a healthy food and secondly, Halim is my favorite food. When I often eat Halim, I discuss Haleem with the chef of those shops. Then I can learn a lot about how it is processed and the necessary ingredients. So I will choose Haleem to learn from among street food.

I invited them @nurnobi10, @shiftitamanna, @pea07.

Best Regard: @akbarmia
