The habit of smoking is a bad habit that is not good to get used to and must be abandoned immediately because this habit is not good for the health of our bodies, many people have explained that smoking causes cancer and kills you. Smoking kills you does not mean that by smoking you will be killed but there must be a process. what will happen in the future so that the smoked cigarettes can enter the lungs and be polluted by the cigarette smoke we inhale.

What are the main reasons why people become addicted to smoking?

I often see and find that many people smoke, especially men, even though smoking is not good and quitting smoking is very difficult. Many people's smoking habits are from an environment of promiscuity that you try, so over time you will become addicted to it until it is difficult to quit.

I admit that I am a smoker but in smoking it is only to the extent that I am not too addicted, in solitude we have friends who are smokers as well as me until now, in this case I also think there are changes that occur in people who are addicted to cigarettes because of problems The main ones are health and finances which are spent excessively to buy cigarettes.

What should we do to reduce the rate of smoking addiction?

The way to reduce the level of addiction for smokers is from ourselves, namely the intention in our hearts to stop immediately and the determination to be able to maintain not to do smoking again, for me that is a good thing, it is very important to implement if we want to get rid of smoking addiction for ourselves.
