My Steem Not Yet Added To My Wallet After Buying From Market

Here I come with a technical problem happened to me regarding my steemit wallet.

Its more than 24 hours when I placed an order in the market for purchasing #steem but unfortunately I didn’t get any steem and my SBD balance showing this as I marked in the screenshot bellow 👇

This never happened to me before for more than 24 hours so now this is my concern. I daily purchase steem with sbd to power up so I need my steem as soon as possible.

I just hope and request to steemit technical support team will look into it and solve this issue asap.

There are two open orders which you have have already placed. If you need sbd, just close those orders from Steemworld.org or market section( Under the market section you can see open orders at the bottom). Then sell sbd with current rate to get steem.

This is something that usually happens in the market. because the price we offer to exchange a coin does not match the on time exchange rate.

Try going to steemworld.org/@your_account. then check the order. then, cancel the existing order. then enter exchange from your wallet, order again according to the current exchange rate.
