Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a popular side dish or a treat made famous by the muslim community in the Philippines. Biyaki is a maranao suman (rice cake) made of cassava and grated corn and wrapped in coconut or corn husk. It is really an awesome comfort food, especially after a long tiring day of school or work. People usually eat suman here because it reminds them of home and of course home is where the heart is. This dish just screams delight in a package and I'm here for it.
