One of my favorite foods
On this occasion I would like to share my story about roadside eating which is one of the meals that I like with my wife, and this meal is also healthy for consumption by many people both tofu and young, because this meal turns into vegetables and there is little meat. preparations that make it delicious to enjoy with family.and this street restaurant is located in the hawker center of the city of Hokseumawe and close to a sports field, and this snack is named as Somay Bandung, Somay Bandung, even though it is on the side of the road, has a lot of enthusiasts, and this snack is open from 03-00 WIB hours 20-00 WIB and this snack runs out very quickly because many people like the unique taste and there are only two places around lhokseumawe.

The seller of this snack is very friendly and often jokes and asks a lot of questions with this seller, and is also very friendly when dealing with buyers even though there are sometimes buyers who are chatty but this seller never gets emotional in serving people who want to buy.

And I also asked about the bakan used to make Somay Bandung dough,

• Egg
• Potato
• Sawi
• Cabbage
• Onion Chips
• Celery
• Pea pod
• Dena sauce
• Soy sauce

And here is the process or how to make it, and maybe the way to make it is quite simple, this is enough for eggs, potatoes, mustard greens and cabbage to be steamed and after everything is cooked, just lift it into the plate that has been provided, to keep it chopped -Small cut and split the egg into two parts,

And here are the results of all preparations and become the next one which is given the name SOMAY BANDUNG

A little more about my story about Somay Bandung which makes the food I like, one of these snacks does not contain preservatives or other ingredients, this snack uses natural ingredients that are healthy for our bodies, yes as I said above and the ingredients are in the form of vegetables, and again the price is also fairly cheap and doesn't drain our pockets, if we want to buy this snack it is enough with Rp. 12,000 and with that much money we can already get one portion for one person, if I buy in that one portion can get for two people because I have made a subscription.
