Here is my today food diary. I am a complete vegetarian so my menu is always filled with colourful vegetables and 🍒Fruits. Hope all of you like it
For today's breakfast needs I prepare Dosa with Pickle and ladyfinger fry

Altogether not a good choice but by adjusting I finish my breakfast.
Kids enjoy yesterday's leftover sambar. So don't prepare any side dish for our needs.
Today is Friday, Kids having school so we need to prepare a lunch box too.
For today needs to prepare ladyfinger rice, Rasam rice and banana for snack needs.

Just by adding boiled rice with ladyfinger fry, we prepare this simple rice.
One of the kid's favourites, so they enjoyed it.
For Today's lunch needs, we prepare curry to leave roti pachadi, Bottle gourd & peanut combination curry, ladyfinger fry, rasam and curd.




Cherryleaf roti pachadi is a very simple dish. We prepare very easily. But it's a traditional and delicious choice.
Today also prepare Idli Powder. By adding dry fry urad dal, chana dal, dhaniya, cumin seeds, paper, salt, tamarind and red chilled. Altogether we prepare this powder. For emergency needs we utilize it. In storing tight containers we may keep it to 6 months.

In the evening I prepare coffee for myself along with preparing for my family's needs too. Then we enjoy bun butter jam.

Which we buy outside. Very common and tasty choice.One of the kid's favourites.
For Dinner needs today we enjoy Soji upma.
It's a combination of rice, moong dal with other Indian spices.
That's why we get a delicious dish. One of my hubby's favourites.
