The Food Diary Game# Sunday Special & Crunchy Pakoda#Club75! !11.09.2022.

Here is my today food diary. I am a complete vegetarian so my menu is always filled with colourful vegetables and 🍒Fruits. Hope all of you like it
For today's breakfast needs I prepare Poori With Bambay Chutney

Today is Sunday, that's why kids what to eat poori. That's why we prepare poori as per their wish...
They enjoyed it a lot.
For Today's lunch needs, we prepare capsicum fry, beans &carrot sambar, ivy gourd roti pachadi, rasam and curd.



Within 15 minutes we prepare ivy gourd roti pachadi very easily, for we just need to fry ivy gourd, green chillis and onions up to their raw smell evaporate, then after using a mixer just blend it up to 2 rounds only.
Here we need it in roughly, don't blend more up to get a smooth paste. It doesn't give that much taste.
Then after adding tempering we enjoy with hot rice.
Today is a holiday, that's why prepare different dishes then enjoy them with my family.
In the evening I prepare coffee for myself along with preparing for my family's needs too. Then we enjoy onion pakoda.

Onion pakoda is a common snack here and is also very crispy and juicy.
For Dinner needs today we enjoy chapati with afternoon leftover sambar.
