The Food Diaary! Tasty Bottle Guard kootu and fresh Banana#Club75! !13.09.2022.
Hi friends, I am Lavanya from India, a Housewife. Welcome back to my Food Diary.

Here is my today food diary. I am a complete vegetarian so my menu is always filled with colourful vegetables and 🍒Fruits. Hope all of you like it
For today's breakfast needs I prepare Dosa with Mint chutney and Onion chutney

It's a common south Indian breakfast. Very simple and easy to prepare.
Just by adding fresh mint leaves, coconut, green chilli, salt and tamarind combination we prepare this simple chutney.
It's a good combination with Dosa and chapati and also with Rice too.
Today is Wednesday, Kids having school so we need to prepare a lunch box too.
For today needs to prepare beetroot rice, rasam Saddam and banana for snacks.

Preparing beetroot rice is very simple, just boiled beetroot on chopping it into very small pieces. Then adding tampering with spices, we prepare this simple rice. Good choice for lunch box needs. Healthy and tasty.
For Today's lunch needs, we prepare brinjal dry fry, Bottle gourd kootu, rasam and curd.


Bottle gourd kootu popular dish in Andhra. It took time is prepare but a very tasty one. By adding chana dal, coconut and other homemade masalas we add to this dish. That's why we get a very special tasting with a good smell to the dish.
It's a good choice with Hot rice & ghee, also with chapati.
In the evening I prepare coffee for myself along with preparing for my family's needs too. Then we enjoy 🍌 bananas and biscuits.
For Dinner needs today we enjoy sooji upma.

Very common South India Upma variety. By adding onions, and green chilli with roasted Rava we prepare this simple and tasty upma within 15 minutes, ... We may enjoy it with pickles too.
