Making of puff puff
Hi everyone, on my today's edition I am writing on the making of puff puff

Ingredients: Flour, yeast, ground nutmeg, sugar, salt, lukewarm water(for mixing), vegetable oil (for frying) and cooker.
HOW I MADE PUFF PUFF
1. I Boiled water on the cooker to become lukewarm. Mix sugar and yeast with warm water in a bowl (cover the lid and set aside until the yeast become bubbly for about 4-6minutes.
2. In another bowl, I mixed the dry ingredients- flour and nutmeg; in this step I didn't add sugar and salt again because it is already mixed with warm water.
3. Pour the prooked yeast together with the dry ingredients and mix until the batter is lump( that is become free). The function of the yeast here is to help in the rising process.
4. Cover the dough and allow it to rise for one hour( The risen dough has a distinct sweet smell which will make you to know the dough is ready for frying).
5. I then Place the frying pan on cooker, heat it, then apply some oil. Allow it to be heated and then I drop the batter by my hand into the oil.
6. I observed the dough in the oil and turn both sides evenly until golden brown. My puff puff is ready
