FRIED MILK FISH (BANGUS) with GRAVY

As the day go by we will be learning different things and one thing I want to learn is how to cook delicious food for my family.
I have this one thing I've learn and I want to share it with you.
ITS ALL ABOUT MILK FISH
Well-known for its belly fat and abundance of bones, the bangus or milkfish (Chanos chanos) is regarded by many Filipinos as the country's national fish. ... chanos is the only living species classified under Chanidae, a family of fish that has been been around since the early Cretaceous.

Let's get started!
Wash and prepare the ingredients needed.
FISH
LEMON
SOY SAUCE
SEASONINGS (magic sarap)
Marinate the fish with lemon, seasonings(magic sarap) and soy sauce. Leave it for 10 minutes to set its flavor.
Prepare the Pan and put an oil if it is hot.
Put the fish in the pan with hot oil.
The fried milk fish
To complete the dish I have to make a gravy for it sauce.
We need;
Crispy fry or flour
Seasoning (magic sarap)
Knorr Cubes (BEEF)
Pepper
Water
2 spoon of crispy fry
Mix it with 1/2 cup of water
Mix it with pepper, knorr cubes and magic sarap.
Prepare the pan.
Put the mixed if the pan is hot.
Shake it until it gets sticky.
Add 1/4 cup of water the mix it thoroughly.
The Gravy.
Serve.
