You might be wondering why many people are suffering from diabetes, heart attack, high blood pressure and other life-threatening sickness. Could they have avoided it? The answer is yes. I understand that sometimes it out of ignorance as I personally did not know about this particular exercise until today.
But before I begin I would like to thank @ngoenyi for her efforts bringing this information for everyone to learned. I know people are more busy this day's as they hardly had time to do exercise but should I spill the beans? Doing exercise is very important to our health and overall well-being. Let talk about cardiovascular exercise according to what it has been explained.
What I understand by Cardiovascular exercise
The name might sound strange...... Isn't it? I felt the same as I had to make research about what it means. Cardiovascular exercise is any activities or body movements that have the ability raise our heart rate and keeps it elevated for a long time. That is to say the exercise has to do with my heart, lungs, and circulatory system, improving their efficiency over time. When there is any activities carry out by our body in terms of exercise our body uses the oxygen to produce energy.
At this point our heart are strengthening as it pumps more blood, boosts lung capacity, reduce fat, lowers blood pressure, and reduces the risk of life-threatening heart diseases. According to the course explain by the teacher she mentioned 75 min -150 min exercise within a week for optimal health benefits. Is it too much? Are you joining me?

Running cycling
- Swimming
- Jumping rope
- Dancing
- Brisk walking
Important of cardiovascular exercise
I know the very question one might want to ask is why is it important, why should I engage in this exercise, what are the health benefits in it. I will not lie, last month I started a weekly exercise..... Like building arm and chest. Ask me how far I have gone.....the pain is much as I could not continue. Am I talking about press up. Am I saying this to tell you that sometimes something can discourage us from doing exercise. The importance of cardiovascular exercise are as follows:
It makes the heart muscle stronger which makes it pumps more blood, lower the resting heart rate and reducing strain.
Cardiovascular exercise help in circulating oxygen and nutrients to muscles and organs.
Cardiovascular exercise also reduce hypertension by keeping blood vessels flexible and preventing arterial stiffness.
Cardiovascular exercise also important in the aspect of managing weight as it burns calories, reduce weight loss, and improves metabolism.
Cardiovascular exercise preventing the life-threatening diseases such as heart attack, diabetes stroke and cancer.
Cardiovascular exercise also have the way of making someone feels better, being in good mood, reducing stress, anxiety, depression improve memory and ability to focus.
Cardiovascular exercise leads to healthy sleep, boost the immune system, reduce inflammation and any infection risk.
The Do and do not during this exercise
In other to Carry out and enjoy this exercise freely and efficiently, let me take you to some of the mistakes we should avoid in engaging in the exercise:
Do's✔️
Warm up before the exercise and after. This should be like 1–2 minutes
Do not forget to drink water. Ensure your water container is your partner in this exercise
Try different activities to prevent boredom
Stop the exercise if you feunusualmal e.g. pain.
Have enough rest before and after the exercise
Use sport wears (might be booted or canvas).
DON’Ts ❌
Do not hold your breath (inhale through nose, exhale through mouth).
Don't skip warm up like I said
do not over do (excessive)
do not exercise in an empty stomach, it recommended taking as little as snacks before beginning.
Don't forget your foot wears

Running in place: imagine yourself in a gym to do workout, have you seen people running, but they are still in the same position. They only need to press a button, and they can run for some minutes. The same happened to running in place exercise but the only different is that we are not using machine. So this particular exercise has to with running, but you are not going anywhere, still in the same spot.

I have example on the one I did, this is how running in place exercise looks like, remember the do and do not like warming up and being hydrated...do you remember?
Aerobic dance: this is the most funny and enjoyable exercise ever as you only need to enjoy some music while carrying out this exercise. You only need music that rhythm with it, and you are good to go. Common Aerobic dance exercise are running, brisk walking, jogging, touching your feet, swimming and so on. Here is my aerobic exercise I performed in the week. Ensure to watch out the do and do not.

What is your overall feelings as you carried out the programs. Did it build more endurance in you? Explain
You know when you have done something before you might feel some kind of tired is not it. Of course I felt a little relief as I know that I have burned a lot of calories in my body. You know the funny part of it, am I protecting my self and making sure that my can be able to function properly. I told you about how I started a push-up activity but ended it because I was not too good about it. It is a normal feeling especially for newbie or beginners. I feel more energized, or I will definitely engage and participate in other exercise as well.
How did this program impact your mental health?
My mental health is strong, why? How do I know? I have different perspectives on this question that is why I will answer depending on how I feel it. I had no knowledge about cardiovascular exercise until I come across this one and honestly speaking I have learned a lot from this course. Imagine if I could have able to do it for a month........my heart will be like a Superman protecting the universe. 😂
The physical observation is sweating which I know nuts necessary in exercise but for my mental health I know am boosting my immune system, the circulation of blood and nutrients to other part of my body and also improving my heart to work efficiently. THis few I can say for now.

But honestly I did the exercise and I recorded a video of it but I couldn't upload it on YouTube that was the reason why I uploaded pictures instead. I would have joined several learning connections but the video representation is what drew me back. Nit am happy I joined and I learned something from it.
Secondary I will like to ask about how review is made in terms of presentation and video. How can I improve my representation next time to get a good grade. Sorry that I disappointed in the contest, and if you have a suggestion for me I won't mind. Thank you for observing.
