"Learning challenge s23w6: "I Love My Body /Static/Dynamic Stretches ".
Greetings friends, the final week of our six-week stretching challenge as really comes to and end. In this Week 6! The week we've all been waiting for long! Over the past weeks, we have learned the importance of excersices and how we can do them . So on these week we are focusing on stretching. Both Static and Dynamic stretches, will make our bodies become stronger and more flexible. So let's dive in and see what this weeks hold.
Stretching and Its Benefits
Stretching is the most gentle act of lengthening and flexing our muscles to improve flexibility and relieve body tension. It's the most simplest way to take care of our bodies.
The benefits of stretching include:
Increasing flexibility and our body range of motion.
It Improves blood flow to muscles, which helps them recover faster.
It Reduce stress and promote relaxation.
Enhancing posture and preventing body stiffness.
Preparing our body for physical activity and reducing the risk of injury.
However Stretching isn't just exercise—it's a way of showing love and care for our bodies daily. Here is the video which I performed them.👇🏾

Stretches I Did and How I Did Them
Leg:

I stand straight on the ground with my both leg balance then I lift one leg up to my chest level, while standing firm and maintaining my balance a at the one leg on ground out in front and the other folded in.I held the position for 20 seconds. This stretch helped relax my back of my thigh and improved flexibility, including my stamina.
Shoulder :

I brought one arm across my chest and used the opposite hand to bend and support it, holding the stretch for 20 seconds on each sides of my hands. This stretches eased stiffness in my shoulders and made them feel lighter,I felt more flexible on my shoulder.
Shoulder Back

I started by Clasping my hands behind my back, I used the opposite hand to push my elbow down while my palm still on my back. And gently pulling it down, keeping my shoulders relaxed. I held this for 15 seconds, which helped open up my chest and improved my posture and works particularly on my rotator cuff.
Head and Neck

I tilt/bend my head toward one side, bringing my ear closer to my shoulder. I held the position for 15 seconds before switching sides. This stretch reduced neck tension and improved my neck and head flexibility.
Arm and Feet

I stand with my leg width apart, while my body stay on perpendicularly mode, i put my right hand on my left feet while the left hand face upward. Because this stretches is a static stretch, I maintain the position for 20 seconds before doing the same to the other arm and feet. While doing this excersice my Labs/thigh muscles got stretch including the muscles in my calf. These stretches improved the flexibility of my arms and legs.
Back

I start with lying down on the floor at my back,then I place my both palms on the floor while lifting my body. I bend my knees while placing my both feets on the ground. I maintain this position for 20 minutes.
Waist

Standing up and straight, I placed my both hands on my waist and rotate my upper body in smooth, circular motions—first clockwise, then counterclockwise. I did this both movement for 40 seconds ,20 seconds each to loosen my waist and strengthen my core muscles.
Hand and Chest

I brought my two hands together facing the front then I strech the both hands back to my side , involving my chest. While doing the excersice I felt some relief from the chest pain I had before the excersice, which means the excersice had a great impact on me.
At the end of these season, what is your determination with regards to regular exercises that shows that you love your body?
However This is the six-week of these excersice learning program and it has been transformative to me.And Each stretch reminded me of the importance of self-care and physical activity. I feel more flexible, relaxed, and in tune with my body than ever before, I have put all these excersices as my daily routine.
I'm very determined to keep excersicing more regularly,even thoe I know that these learning excersice as come to an end. I have realized that taking care of my body is not just a responsibility or earning some money but instead it's an act of showing how much I love my body.
By doing and keep on maintaining these exercises, I am really showing an appreciation for my body and its abilities and to leave an healthy lifestyle. Moving forward, I am committed and very determined to make a routine including all the excersices I have done all through the six weeks into my daily routine as a way to stay healthy and happy.I'll keep excersicing for good health.
However,I must say that this journey has been very rewarding and at the same time helpful for my overall health, and I hope it has been the same to you all. Let’s continue embracing the joy of excersicing and self-care. Cheers to us all who make it to the last week.
